Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
• Core modeling and valuation experience in a professional setting.
• 2+ years of experience in investment banking, accounting, consulting, private equity, hedge fund or corporate finance.
• SIE Exam, Series 79 and Series 63 must be acquired within 150 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day project management and execution on a broad range of advisory and financing transactions, including developing and overseeing detailed financial and accounting analyses.
• Perform due diligence of companies, including generating and managing financial and operational diligence requests, tours of company premises, and discussions with management and employees.
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and company-specific information to identify potential client solutions.
• Analyze current and past accounting and financial records to advise clients through financial projections and presentations.
• Integrate strategic ideas from analyses into client presentations for various stakeholders.
• Contribute to deal pitches, including idea generation and researching restructuring and financing opportunities.
• Build and develop relationships with clients through ongoing engagement and demonstrate financial and industry knowledge.
• Manage and develop junior staff.
