WestBay RI is seeking Direct Support Professionals for specialized supports in Coventry and Johnston, RI. The role offers a base pay of $24.00-$25.00 per hour with an additional weekend differential of $1.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of rehabilitative or behavioral support experience preferred.
• Safety Care Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide restorative and rehabilitative services per individual care plans.
• Offer motivational, consistent, and respectful support to build strong relationships.
• Demonstrate crisis intervention skills and provide intensive support when needed.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to support daily routines and life skills, including nutrition, employment, social development, and personal care.
• Maintain a safe, healthy environment that promotes growth and autonomy.
