Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum: 60 approved college credit hours and substitute teacher certification.
• Preferred: 4 Year Degree.

Responsibilities

• Provides teacher support by supervising students with disruptive behavior in class.
• Maintains confidentiality of information gained through the position.
• Works closely with teachers for student success.
• Maintains discipline and order; assists with behavior support plans.
• Conferences with parents as directed by supervisor.
• Documents student observations and inputs for safety plans.
• Supports district teams and trauma-informed/restorative initiatives.
