Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required with behavior intervention experience.
• Approved certification such as BCBA, LPC, LMSW, or related field preferred.
• Experience in behavioral interventions and school-based support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Tier 2 and Tier 3 PBIS implementation in assigned schools.
• Develop caseload of students for solution-focused counseling focused on behavioral intervention techniques.
• Monitor students during Tier 2/3 interventions and communicate with families as needed.
• Develop function-based behavior plans and coordinate with campus staff.
• Lead workshops and trainings on classroom management and de-escalation strategies.
