Job summary

The Tennessee State Veterans’ Homes (TSVH) is seeking a skilled Restorative RN to join our healthcare team. The Restorative RN will implement and oversee restorative nursing programs for patients to help maintain or attain optimal function.

This role requires strong clinical skills, compassion, and a commitment to improving the quality of life for our patients. You will work with an interdisciplinary team, provide direct patient care, educate residents and families, document progress, and stay

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Experience in restorative nursing or skilled care setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement restorative nursing programs based on individual goals.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to assess progress and adjust care plans.
• Provide direct patient care, including ADLs and therapeutic exercises.
• Educate patients and families on restorative techniques.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
• Stay current on best practices and trends in restorative nursing.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure holistic care.
