Job summary

The Tennessee State Veterans’ Homes seeks a skilled Restorative RN to join our healthcare team. You will implement and oversee restorative nursing programs to maintain or improve patients’ functional abilities, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Qualified candidates will hold an active RN license, have experience in a healthcare setting, and demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement restorative nursing programs for patients based on individual needs and goals

• Provide direct patient care, including assisting with activities of daily living and therapeutic exercises
• Educate patients and their families on restorative nursing techniques and strategies
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
• Stay current on best practices and trends in restorative nursing care
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive and holistic patient care
