Qualifications

• Current Nurse Aide Certification is required.
• Experience in restorative and long-term care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide restorative nursing care to residents.
• Develop an individualized plan of care for assigned residents.
• Document each treatment, refusals, progress notes as required.
• Be familiar with restorative programs such as ROM, ambulation, active and passive exercise, use of assistive devices, ADL programs, and feeding programs.
• Involve family or resident teaching.
• Assist other staff as needed.

Pay Range: $17.08 to $23.12 - pay based on years of experience

Essential Functions of the Position

Other duties may be assigned

• Provide restorative nursing care to residents.
• Participate in the development of an individualized plan of care for assigned residents.
• Documents each treatment provided, refusal of treatment, reason(s) treatment could not be provided and progress notes as required.
• Be familiar with restorative programs such as range of motion, ambulation, active and passive exercise, use of assisted devises, ADL programs, and feeding programs.
• Involvement in family or resident teaching
• Assists other staff as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidate must have a current Nurse Aide Certification
