Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to support restorative nursing programs for patients across care settings. You will implement restorative plans, maintain safe patient handling, and collaborate with Nursing and Rehab to meet individualized goals.

The role emphasizes direct patient care, documentation, and ongoing education to ensure high-quality outcomes in a dynamic rehab environment.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a state approved Certified Nursing Assistant program.
• A minimum of a high school education or high school equivalency diploma is preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English to ensure safety and wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Oversees, directs and participates in restorative programs initiated for individual patients.
• Provides safe restorative care.
• Communicates with Nursing and Rehab regarding goals and approaches to patient needs.
• Attends care plan conferences and contributes to Restorative plan of care.
• Maintains proficiency with equipment used in restorative programs and ensures proper usage.
