Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation to You in High Point, NC seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver restorative nursing under the supervision of licensed staff, helping patients regain function and improve quality of life.

You will participate in restorative programs, maintain accurate records, assist with staff education, and support safe, compassionate care across facility and home-based settings.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a state approved CNA program.
• Two years of CNA experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 12 hours of continuing education annually.
• Good English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver restorative nursing care under licensed supervision.
• Oversee and participate in restorative programs.
• Maintain accurate progress documentation.
• Attend care plan conferences.
• Promote safety in practice.
• Assist with staff orientation.
• Instruct others in use of assistive devices.
