Job summary

Crossville Health And Rehabilitation LLC in Crossville, AL is seeking a Restorative Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support mobility, range of motion, and activities of daily living for residents. You will work under the Restorative Nurse to implement individualized restorative programs and document progress.

The role emphasizes helping residents regain independence, maintain function, and experience meaningful one-on-one interaction in a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

  • Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
  • Restorative nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
  • Interest in rehabilitation, mobility, and helping residents maintain independence.

  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Dependable with strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • Maintain resident dignity, privacy, safety, and comfort.

What Is a Restorative CNA?

The Restorative Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) assists residents with individualized restorative and rehabilitative programs designed to help maintain or improve physical, mental, and psychosocial functioning.

You'll work closely with the Restorative Nurse and interdisciplinary care team to help residents preserve their abilities and remain as independent as possible.

What You'll Do

  • Assist with ambulation, transfers, positioning, and mobility
