Job summary

Required: state-approved CNA program, 2 years CNA experience, and strong English communication. We offer growth, CE opportunities, and a supportive team in a dynamic care setting.

Qualifications

• Completed state-approved CNA program.
• Two years of CNA experience; restorative nursing knowledge.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Attend at least 12 hours of CE to maintain certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver restorative nursing care under guidance of Rehab Department.
• Maintain accurate documentation of restorative progress.
• Collaborate with Nursing and Rehab on care plans and goal setting.
• Instruct staff on application of splints and assistive devices.
• Promote safety and high-quality patient service; participate in quality improvement.
