Restorative Nurse Director - We are currently searching for a Restorative Nurse Director to join our friendly, caring, and supportive team!
As a Restorative Nurse Director you are the backbone of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Harmony Palos Heights by overseeing and supervising all aspects of the restorative nursing department, assisting residents reach and maintain their full mobility potential, evaluating residents’ restorative nursing programs, performing resident assessments, participating in the resident admission and discharge planning, contributing to resident care plans and completing applicable portions of MDS documentation. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.
