Job summary

Warren Barr Oak Lawn is seeking a Restorative Nurse to support the clinical department, oversee restorative nursing programs, assess residents, and contribute to care plans and documentation.

The role requires an Illinois RN or LPN license, CPR certification, and at least two years of Skilled Nursing Facility experience, with prior Restorative Nurse experience preferred; the facility offers training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

As a Restorative Nurse you are the backbone of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect by overseeing and supervising all aspects of the restorative nursing department, evaluating residents connected restorative nursing programs, performing resident assessments, participating in the resident admission and discharge planning, contributing to resident care plans and completing portions of MDS and other documentation. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.

Qualifications

• Illinois RN or LPN license (unencumbered) and CPR certification.
• At least two (2) years of RN or LPN experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
• Prior experience as a Restorative Nurse is required.
