Job summary

Warren Barr Oak Lawn in Oak Lawn, IL is seeking a Restorative Nurse to support residents' recovery and quality of life. You will oversee the restorative nursing program, supervise the clinical team, and ensure care plans reflect residents' needs.

The role requires an IL RN or LPN license with CPR and at least two years in a Skilled Nursing Facility, plus prior restorative nursing experience.

Qualifications

• unencumbered State of Illinois RN or LPN license and C.P.R. certification
• at least two (2) years of RN or LPN experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting
• prior experience as a Restorative Nurse is required

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise all aspects of the restorative nursing department.
• Evaluate residents' restorative nursing programs and perform resident assessments.
• Participate in resident admission and discharge planning, contribute to care plans and MDS documentation.

Position: Restorative Nurse

We are currently searching for a Restorative Nurse to join our friendly, caring and supportive team. As a Restorative Nurse you are the backbone of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect by overseeing and supervising all aspects of the restorative nursing department, evaluating residents restorative nursing programs, performing resident assessments, participating in resident admission and discharge planning, contributing to resident care plans and completing portions of MDS and other documentation. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.

Qualifications

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:
