Job summary

DESERTWILLOW is seeking a Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA) to provide routine restorative care to residents under supervision. Qualifications

• Current CNA and RNA certification; state practice requirements must be maintained.
• One year of experience in a long-term care facility preferred.
• Proficient in using computer systems for documentation and data entry (PointClickCare).

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with restorative exercises to improve mobility and independence.
• Encourage participation in activities and out-of-bed mobility as appropriate.
• Assist with dining, transfers, ambulation, ROM activities as directed by rehab and nursing teams.
