Job summary

Burlingtonconvalescent is seeking a Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA) to join our Nursing team on the AM shift. The RNA will perform restorative nursing approaches to help residents achieve maximum mobility under the supervision of the Charge Nurse.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED with CNA training, one year CNA experience in a SNF, RNA certificate, COVID-19 vaccination with boosters, and current First Aid and CPR.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and completion of a CNA program.
• One year of CNA experience in a SNF facility and an RNA certificate.
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 including booster shots.
• Current First Aid and CPR Card.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ROM and mobility exercises per physician orders to improve or maintain mobility.
• Document activities of daily living and progress notes for assigned residents.
• Monitor placement of restorative devices to ensure proper use and safety.
• Provide restorative nursing care and assist with ADL tasks as directed by supervisors.
