Job summary

Front Porch Communities & Services is seeking a nursing professional to provide care under the direction of the Director of Nursing and the Charge Nurse. • Supervise other staff and act as a lead in higher acuity resident care.
• Ensure compliance with care plans and document outcomes as required.

Assists the physical, occupational and speech therapists to carry out doctor ordered plans of care. Will typically provide care to a greater number of residents with higher acuity than RNAI and will typically provide supervision to other staff and act as a “lead”.
