Job summary

Qualifications

• California CNA license required.
• CPR certification required.
• RNA certification to be obtained within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct restorative care and delegated therapy tasks.
• Administer restorative activities specific to resident needs.
• Perform transfers, bed mobility, positioning and ROM (passive/active).
• Assist residents in progressive mobility and restorative dining.
• Document progress and communicate with nursing staff.
