Job summary

Continuum Rehab Group is seeking a Restorative Nursing Aide (RNA) with a valid CNA license to join our team in a full-time role (32-40 hours/week, Monday-Friday). The RNA will provide wellness activities to promote resident independence and quality of life while supporting restorative dining and group activities.

Responsibilities include orthotic management, ADLs, transfers, and recording weights weekly and monthly.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid CNA license.
• Experience in restorative care is a plus but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with orthotic management, hand hygiene, nail care, transfers, ADLs, sensory integration, and walk-to-dine programs.
• Facilitate restorative dining and group activities to engage residents and maintain quality of care.
• Ensure weights are recorded per protocol (weekly and monthly).
• Help residents age in place by supporting their overall well-being and physical function.
• Collaborate with the Director of Rehab and other team members to deliver compassionate, high-quality care.
