Job summary

Willow Creek Healthcare Center is seeking a compassionate Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA) in Clovis, CA. Pay range is $19.00-20.00+ per hour, based on experience.

The RNA supports residents in maintaining or improving their highest level of physical functioning, mobility, independence, and quality of life. The RNA performs routine restorative nursing care per care plans, assists with mobility, transfers, ADLs, and documentation, and collaborates with the Rehabilitation and Nursing

Qualifications

• Restorative Nursing Assistant certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in Point Click Care computer usage.
• One-year experience in a long-term care facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with restorative exercises to improve or maintain mobility, strength, and functional independence.
• Encourage resident participation in activity and out-of-bed mobility.
• Provide assistance with dining, transfers, ambulation and ROM activities as directed by rehab and nursing staff.
• Record resident weights and report significant changes promptly.
