Job summary

Majestic Care Cedar Village is seeking a Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA) to support residents’ mobility, daily living activities, and rehabilitation goals. You will work under licensed staff to implement restorative plans and encourage independence within a compassionate team.

Responsibilities include assisting with mobility, documenting progress, and collaborating with nursing to ensure quality care and safety. Active Ohio CNA certification is required.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant certification in the state of Ohio.
• Current license in good standing and able to practice.
• Ability to follow individualized care plans and document progress.

Responsibilities

• Provide restorative care to residents to maintain or improve function.
• Assist with mobility training and activities of daily living.
• Document resident progress accurately and communicate changes to the team.
• Collaborate with nursing and rehabilitation staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain a safe, supportive environment during restorative activities.
