Job summary

Avantara Arrowhead is seeking Restorative Nursing Aides to join our friendly team. You will perform mobility exercises, assist with Activities of Daily Living, and help residents achieve optimal physical and emotional wellbeing.

As a Restorative Nursing Aide, you are instrumental in improving the lives of our residents. must be CNA certified! Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Avantara Arrowhead by performing mobility exercises for our residents in accordance with their individualized care plan, assisting residents attain the highest physical and emotional wellbeing possible by restoring mobility, performing Activities of Daily Living, assisting residents with assistive devices, observing changes in condition, ensuring a safe environment and maintaining education. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent, an unencumbered CNA certificate and CPR/ BLS certification. One year of CNA experience is preferable, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
