Job summary

Avantara Arrowhead in South Dakota seeks a Restorative Nursing Aide to join our compassionate care team. You will perform mobility exercises, assist residents with Activities of Daily Living, and help restore mobility per each care plan.

Ideal candidates hold an unencumbered CNA certificate, CPR/BLS certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least 1 year of CNA experience. We offer tuition reimbursement, benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• An unencumbered CNA certificate and CPR/BLS certification are required.
• One year of CNA experience is preferable, but we invest in the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Perform mobility exercises for residents as per care plans.
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living and devices.
• Observe changes in condition and maintain a safe environment; educate residents.
• Provide high-quality care to restore mobility and wellbeing.

As a Restorative Nursing Aide, you are instrumental in improving the lives of our residents. must be CNA licensed to work in SD! Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Avantara Arrowhead by performing mobility exercises for our residents in accordance with their individualized care plan, assisting residents attain the highest physical and emotional wellbeing possible by restoring mobility, performing Activities of Daily Living, assisting residents with assistive devices, observing changes in condition, ensuring a safe environment and maintaining education. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:
