Avantara North, a Skilled Nursing facility in Rapid City, SD, is seeking a Restorative Nursing Aide to join our friendly team. You will help residents regain mobility and support daily living activities, within individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Unencumbered State of South Dakota CNA certificate.
• CPR certification.
• 1 year RN A experience preferred; willing to invest in right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Perform mobility exercises for residents per individualized care plans.
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living as needed.
• Observe changes in residents' condition and report to supervisors.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment.

As a Restorative Nursing Aide you are instrumental in improving the lives of our residents. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Avantara North by performing mobility exercises for our residents in accordance with their individualized care plan, assisting residents attain the highest physical and emotional wellbeing possible by restoring mobility, performing Activities of Daily Living, assisting residents with assistive devices, observing changes in condition, ensuring a safe environment and maintaining education. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent, an unencumbered State of South Dakota C.N.A. certificate and C.P.R. certification. One (1) year of R.N.A experience is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
