Job summary

Sandy Springs Center for Nursing and Healing is seeking a Restorative Aide (CNA certified) to coordinate and deliver restorative nursing care for residents in our skilled nursing facility. You will work under the rehabilitation and nursing departments to support residents’ physical and emotional wellness.

The role emphasizes restorative program oversight, daily resident interaction, and documentation. We welcome dedicated CNAs who value compassionate, resident-centered care and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant with experience and/or knowledge of restorative nursing philosophy/procedures.
• Ability to positively interact with residents, government agencies and the general public.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing, directing, and participating in restorative programs for individual residents.
• Facilitating the transition of residents from skilled rehab services to restorative progressive and preventative programs.
• Maintaining restorative nursing progress/documentation records for all participating residents.
• Visiting each resident daily and as needed to ensure the program's productivity.

Overview of the Restorative Aide Role

As a Restorative Aide, you will play a vital role in coordinating, implementing, and providing restorative nursing care for all residents. Working under the direction of the rehabilitation and nursing departments, you'll be responsible for maximizing and maintaining the physical functioning and emotional wellness of our residents.
