Job summary

Liberty Care and Rehabilitation Center in Kentucky seeks a Restorative Nurse to lead the restorative nursing program for residents in our skilled nursing facility. You will perform restorative procedures to maximize residents' abilities, emphasize independence, and support person-centered care under the supervision of a restorative nurse.

The role requires an LPN/LVN or RN with current state licensure and 1–3 years of related experience; supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse or Registered Nurse with state licensure.
• 1–3 years related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Recognize residents' needs such as ROM exercises and ambulation limits.

Responsibilities

• Perform restorative nursing procedures to maximize independence.
• AssistAdmissions as needed at the building.
• Work Monday–Friday 8-hour day shift with occasional weekend rotation.
