Zusammenfassung

Alternatives Inc. seeks a Training Coordinator to oversee RJ, TIC and RE curriculum development, coordinate trainings, and ensure grant compliance. You will support the Training Manager with technical assistance and capacity building, implementing workflows for grant requirements and fee-for-service opportunities.

Responsibilities include managing calendars, surveys, and data entry; developing new curricula; and traveling locally or nationally to deliver trainings and TA as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Two years of facilitation experience.
• Knowledge of Trauma Informed Care, Racial Equity Frameworks and Restorative Justice Practices.
• Experience working with diverse stakeholders (leaders, funders, etc).
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and delivering staff development.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities.
• Willingness to travel locally, statewide or nationally.
• Cultural competency and sensitivity to race and equity issues.
• Proficiency with Google Drive and MS Office; familiarity with video conferencing tools.
• Professionalism, punctuality, organization and timely reporting.
• Completion of Alternatives Internal Leadership Pipeline Program within two attempts.

Aufgaben

• Oversee development, implementation, and evaluation of curricula aligned with TIC, RJ, and RE.
• Provide in-person and virtual technical assistance and capacity building per grant requirements.
• Facilitate trainings, including tailoring content to audiences and administering pre/post surveys.
• Manage training calendars, event locations, surveys, and data entry.
• Develop new curriculum based on grant requirements and organizational needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with current entities and represent Alternatives at forums.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, grants, and fee-for-service fundraising goals.
• Support promotion and fundraising initiatives.
• Travel locally, statewide, or nationally to provide trainings or TA as assigned.
