Qualifications

• Baccalaureate degree and two years of school community work or related activities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Restorative Justice Coordinator and respond to crises.
• Lead professional development for staff on restorative practices.
• Collaborate with school staff, families and community agencies.
• Develop and promote restorative justice and PBIS practices.
• Prepare correspondence and outreach materials for the school community.
