Job summary

Deep Center in Savannah, GA is seeking a Restorative Practices Specialist to advance healing-centered school culture. This 40-hour, salaried role reports to the Director of Restorative Practices and Culture and supports educators to translate restorative principles into daily practice.

You will lead professional learning, provide individualized coaching, and connect educators with practical tools while growing a community where students and staff belong, have agency, and engage in restorative

Qualifications

Experience supporting educators through restorative practices
Ability to facilitate professional learning communities
Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

Facilitate Deep Center workshops and learning communities focused on restorative practices and school culture.
Provide individualized coaching, technical assistance, and resources to help educators incorporate restorative principles.
Build relationships with educators and school staff to identify needs and support next steps.
Adapt existing tools and training materials for different contexts in collaboration with leadership.
Manage Deep Center's Restorative Microgrant program and serve as the primary contact for educators.
