TLC Nursing Center in Oneonta, AL is seeking a compassionate Restorative Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our restorative nursing program. Located at 212 Ellen St, we are dedicated to high-quality resident care.

As a Restorative CNA, you will assist with daily living activities and implement restorative interventions under the guidance of the Restorative Nurse, promoting independence, mobility, and well-being.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification or license is required.
• Experience with restorative nursing programs is preferred.
• Ability to promote resident independence and mobility.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting independence and dignity.
• Implement restorative nursing interventions, including range of motion exercises, ambulation programs, and mobility activities.
• Document resident participation, progress, and outcomes accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with nursing staff, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Participate in educational opportunities to enhance restorative care skills.
