Job summary

Elevate Care is seeking a compassionate Restorative Aide (CNA required) to join our dedicated team. This role focuses on restorative care to help residents regain or maintain function.

Shifts are 7:00-3:30, Monday-Friday, with every other weekend. We offer competitive pay, benefits, daily pay and flexible scheduling across FT, PT, and PRN positions.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification is required.
• Experience in Restorative Nursing or Long-Term Care preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Restorative Care Plans – Work with residents to implement individualized care plans focused on rehabilitation and functional independence.
• Promote Mobility & Function – Help residents with exercises, mobility, and activities of daily living to improve strength and range of motion.
• Track Resident Progress – Monitor and document residents’ improvement and progress in their restorative goals.
• Provide Therapeutic Activities – Lead or assist in therapeutic exercises and activities to maintain or improve residents’ abilities.
• Collaborate with Nursing & Therapy Teams – Ensure consistent, coordinated care for optimal results.
• Maintain Accurate Records – Keep clear and up-to-date documentation of care provided and progress made.
