Job summary

Mountain View Care Center seeks a compassionate Restorative Aide to assist residents with restorative care plans, promoting independence and quality of life. You will support ROM exercises, mobility, and daily activities alongside therapy and nursing teams.

Must hold an active CNA license; weekend shifts on Saturday, Sunday, Monday with 7a-3:30p and 9a-5:30p rotating. Join a team that values safety, documentation, and resident dignity.

Qualifications

• Active CNA license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CNA certification in the state required; restorative aide training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with restorative care plans (ROM, ambulation, activities).
• Implement programs designed by therapists or nurses.
• Monitor and document residents' progress; report changes to nursing/therapy teams.
