Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is required.
• Experience in restorative nursing or long-term care is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care is required.
• Ability to assist with physical activities and mobility tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Restorative Care Plans to improve rehabilitation and independence.
• Promote mobility and function through resident exercises and activities.
• Track and document residents' progress toward restorative goals.
• Provide therapeutic activities to maintain or improve abilities.
• Collaborate with Nursing and Therapy Teams for coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of care provided and progress.
