Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Experience in Restorative Nursing or Long-Term Care preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
• Ability to assist with physical activities and mobility tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with restorative care plans to improve rehabilitation and independence.
• Promote mobility and activities of daily living to improve strength and range of motion.
• Track resident progress and document improvements.
• Provide therapeutic activities and exercises.
• Collaborate with nursing and therapy teams to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate resident records and progress.
