Job summary

Midwest Health, Inc. is seeking a Restorative Aide to deliver restorative nursing care aligned with each resident’s care plan. You will work with therapists to set goals, document progress, and support daily meals and mobility tasks in a skilled nursing setting.

The role requires a valid CNA certification, basic computer skills, and the ability to read, write, and communicate in English. Weekend or extended hours may be required to meet resident needs.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid CNA certification in good standing with the State.
• Must have basic computer skills.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Provide restorative nursing care and services per resident assessment and care plan.
• Record entries on flow sheets, notes, charts, etc., accurately and descriptively.
• Cooperate with other staff to maintain safety and quality of care.
