Benedictine Living Saint Joseph is seeking a dedicated Restorative CNA to support residents through restorative programming and daily care. You will act as a liaison within clinical teams, helping implement plans that promote safety, mobility and well-being.

In this role you’ll document resident progress, educate teammates, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team on admissions and discharges. Requirements include current Nursing Assistant Registry in good standing, English proficiency,

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant Registry.
• Long Term care experience preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Provides restorative treatments to meet holistic needs per care plan.
• Documents and communicates resident progress to the team.
• Educates caregivers based on identified learning needs.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team on admissions and discharges.
