Job summary

Benedictine Living in Saint Joseph, MO is seeking a Restorative CNA to serve as an internal liaison within our clinical teams, implementing and maintaining resident restorative programming while ensuring resident safety and well-being.

You will provide treatments per care plan, document resident progress, educate caregivers, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team on admissions and discharges, supporting a compassionate, community-focused care environment.

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant Registry or appropriate entity.
• Long Term care experience preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• The Restorative CNA provides treatments to meet holistic needs of residents per care plan.
• The Restorative CNA is responsible for documenting and communicating resident progress to fellow team members.
• The Restorative CNA provides caregiver education based on identified learning needs.
• The Restorative CNA collaborates with interdisciplinary team regarding resident admissions and discharges.
