Job summary

Benedictine Living is seeking a Restorative CNA in La Crosse, WI to implement and maintain resident restorative programming while ensuring safety and well-being. You will work as an internal liaison within clinical teams, supporting residents per care plans.

Responsibilities include documenting resident progress, providing caregiver education, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team on admissions and discharges. EEO/AA/Vet Friendly sign-on bonus included.

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant Registry or appropriate entity
• Long Term care experience preferred
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
