Job summary

Benedictine Living Saint Joseph is seeking a dedicated Restorative CNA to support residents through restorative programming and daily care. You will act as a liaison within clinical teams, helping implement plans that promote safety, mobility and well-being.

In this role you’ll document resident progress, educate teammates, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team on admissions and discharges. Requirements include current Nursing Assistant Registry in good standing, English proficiency,

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant Registry.
• Long Term care experience preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.

As a Restorative CNA, you play an important role within the organization by serving as an internal liaison within our clinical teams. This is an important function as you are responsible for implementing and maintaining resident restorative programming while ensuring resident safety and well-being.

Responsibilities

• The Restorative CNA provides treatments to meet holistic needs of residents per care plan.
• The Restorative CNA is responsible for documenting and communicating resident progress to fellow team members.
• The Restorative CNA provides caregiver education based on identified learning needs.
• The Restorative CNA collaborates with interdisciplinary team regarding resident admissions and discharges.

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant Registry or appropriate entity
• Long Term care experience preferred
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
