Job summary

Benedictine Living Community-St. Joseph is seeking a Restorative CNA to enhance resident restorative programming and support safety and well-being. This role collaborates with clinical teams to implement and monitor restorative care plans.

You will document resident progress, provide caregiver education, and participate in interdisciplinary discussions on admissions and discharges. Schedule is days, 8 AM-4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with a $3,000 sign-on bonus for eligible applicants.

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant Registry or appropriate entity.
• Long Term care experience preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.

As a Restorative CNA, you play an important role within the organization by serving as an internal liaison within our clinical teams. This is an important function as you are responsible for implementing and maintaining resident restorative programming while ensuring resident safety and well-being.
