Job summary

Palm Springs Healthcare Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant- Restorative Nurse Assistant-CNA-RNA to provide compassionate care to residents. The role includes assisting with ADLs, monitoring vital signs, and supporting care plans within a regulated facility in Palm Springs.

The CNA will perform routine rounds, document care accurately, and communicate any changes promptly to supervisors, following Infection Control procedures and policy standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• State-approved Nursing Assistant Certification course or equivalent training as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assists with activities of daily living (turning and positioning, toileting, bathing and grooming, feeding, and mobility).
• Obtains and records vital signs and weight as assigned.
• Documents all care in compliance with policy and state/federal regulations.
• Provides non-resident services and cleans resident areas per infection control procedures.
• Contributes to resident assessment and care plan.
• Makes routine rounds on assigned residents per established procedures.
• Communicates significant changes in behavior or condition to supervisor.
• Completes required forms and documents per company policy and state/federal regulations.

Education
