Job summary
Autumn Care of Norfolk in Norfolk, VA is seeking a Restorative CNA to provide safe, compassionate direct care in a skilled nursing facility. You will support residents physically and emotionally, implementing restorative programs per the care plan and following established procedures.
The role offers Full-Time and Part-Time schedules (7:00a–3:00p and 3:00p–11:00p) with wages of $21.00–$24.00 per hour. Flexible pay options include On-Demand Pay and Weekly Pay, with comprehensive benefits and PTO.
Qualifications
- Current registry of certification to work as a Nursing Assistant in good standing within the applicable laws of the state.
- Must possess a high school diploma or GED or be actively enrolled in a high school program. We can provide guidance and resources to help you earn your GED.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to residents according to the care plan and supervisor instructions.
- Deliver restorative programs and activities to support residents' well-being.
- Follow health, sanitation and infection control policies and maintain established standards of practice.
