Job summary

Autumn Care of Chesapeake in Chesapeake, VA is seeking a Restorative CNA to provide compassionate nursing assistant care in a skilled nursing facility. You will support residents’ physical, emotional, and social needs in alignment with care plans, and participate in restorative activities to enhance wellbeing.

Full-Time and Part-Time roles available with shifts from 7:00a–3:00p and 3:00p–11:00p. Earn $21.00–$24.00 per hour with comprehensive benefits and ongoing education opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current registry of certification to work as a Nursing Assistant in good standing within the applicable laws of the state.
• Must possess a high school diploma or GED or be actively enrolled in a high school program.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe environment and deliver emotional and social support to residents.
• Perform direct care as assigned according to the resident's care plan.
• Participate in restorative programs and activities to support resident well being.
• Follow health, sanitary and infection control policies.
