Job summary
Autumn Care of Suffolk is seeking a Restorative CNA to provide compassionate, hands-on care in a skilled nursing facility. You will support residents with daily living activities, contribute to restorative programs, and work under the guidance of nursing leadership to ensure comfort and safety.
The position offers full-time and part-time opportunities with shifts from 7:00a–7:00p, and a competitive hourly wage.
Qualifications
- Current registry of Nursing Assistant in good standing in the state where you will work.
- High school diploma or GED (or actively enrolled in HS; GED guidance available).
Responsibilities
- Provide direct, safe care and emotional support to residents.
- Assist with restorative programs to support residents' well-being.
- Follow care plans and health policies as directed by supervisors.
