Job summary

Covenant Living Communities and Services is seeking a licensed CNA to provide restorative nursing care to residents in California. You will work under therapy and nursing supervision to carry out restorative plans and educate fellow aides.

The role emphasizes mobility, ADLs, feeding assistance, and documentation, with a focus on teamwork, safety, and timely communication in a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed CNA with two years of clinical CNA experience.
• Ability to work as part of a nursing/restorative team.
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions and write clearly in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide restorative care per policy and practice standards.
• Assist with ROM, ambulation, bed mobility and positioning.
• Use splints/braces and assistive devices as directed.
• Support restorative dining and ADL techniques.
• Document progress daily and attend care plan meetings.
