Job summary

Imperial Healthcare in New Jersey is seeking a dependable Restorative CNA to support residents through restorative care programs in a skilled nursing facility. This full-time role runs 8AM-4PM and offers comprehensive benefits.

You will assist with mobility, daily living activities, and restorative exercises while documenting progress and maintaining a safe environment. Ideal candidates will hold an active CNA certificate, have restorative or long-term care experience, and demonstrate strong

• Previous restorative or long-term care experience preferred
• Knowledge of safe patient handling and restorative care techniques

• Encourage resident participation in activities that promote independence

• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment while following infection control procedures
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, nurses, and therapy staff

Responsibilities:

Compensation

• Weekday pay starts at$20.00 with full benefitsor up to$22.00 for no-frills options

• Weekend pay starts at$25.00 up to $27.00
