Imperial Healthcare Rehabilitation & Nursing in Tinton Falls, NJ seeks a compassionate Restorative CNA to support residents through restorative care programs in a skilled nursing setting. You will assist with mobility, transfers, ROM, and daily living activities, monitor progress, document changes, and communicate with residents, families, nurses and therapy staff to promote independence and safety.

This full-time role offers 8 AM–4 PM shifts, competitive hourly pay with weekend differentials,

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in good standing.
• Experience in restorative or long-term care preferred.
• Knowledge of safe patient handling and restorative care techniques.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate, patient-centered, and dependable attitude.

Join our compassionate healthcare team and help residents maintain their independence and quality of life! We are seeking a dependable and caring Restorative CNA who is passionate about supporting residents through restorative care programs in a skilled nursing facility setting.

Currently hiring for Full Time ; 8AM - 4PM.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with restorative nursing programs, mobility, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises

• Support residents with daily living activities including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding

• Encourage resident participation in activities that promote independence

• Monitor and document resident progress and report any changes in condition

• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment while following infection control procedures

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, nurses, and therapy staff

Compensation

• Weekday pay starts at $20.00 with full benefits or up to $22.00 for no-frills options

• Weekend pay starts at $25.00 up to $27.00

• Additional shift differentials available
