Job summary

Imperial Healthcare, a skilled nursing facility in New Jersey, is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to provide daily care and support to our residents. We are currently hiring for full-time, part-time, and per diem positions with morning and overnight shifts available.

You will assist residents with activities of daily living, monitor health, and maintain a safe, comfortable environment while following infection control and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification or enrollment in a state-approved Nurse Aide program.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Caring, reliable, and patient-focused attitude.
• Previous SNF experience preferred.

• Assist residents with daily activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Take vital signs and report changes in resident condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.

Compensation

• Weekday pay starts at$20/hour with full benefitsor up to$22/hour for no-frills options

• Weekend pay starts at$25/hour

• Additional shift differentials available
