Benedictine is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) in La Crosse, Wisconsin. CNAs provide direct resident care with compassion, ensuring dignity and respect while supporting residents in daily life choices.

Join our non-profit senior care team with a strong focus on Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect and Justice. The role requires BLS certification, English literacy, and active registry status, with a $5,000 hire-on incentive.

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or equivalent.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification required.
• Provide direct resident care and chart in the POC system.
