Job summary

North Mississippi Health Services seeks a Restorative Care Technician to assist with patient care and mobility tasks on the unit under RN supervision. You will maintain patient records, ensure supplies, and support safe patient care across the floor.

The role requires lifting and transferring patients, coordination with PT/OT/ST, and documentation of activities to ensure quality care and safety for adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification required.
• 1–3 years of work experience in a related role.
• Maintains knowledge of equipment common to the unit.
• Able to collaborate with PT/OT/ST and nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient care and mobility tasks under RN supervision.
• Make rounds and coordinate patient care with nurses and therapists.
• Document patient care in the patient record.
• Maintain supplies and equipment for patient care.
• Report changes in patient condition to supervisor.
